Each week, you will explore 1 point along the pleasure pathways across 3 live/recorded embodied classes with 2 indian teachers from the tradition!
You can, but don’t need to attend all classes, use them as your medicine:
- Shakti flow when you want to top up your sensuality, expression and creativity
- Shiva wind down with Manoj when you’re tired, stressed or anxious
- Take the sacred sound or mini self care practices when you’re running short on time and use the portal of Tantra Yoga Classes to learn more
- You’ll also receive a monthly 2 hour Shakti Circle Ceremony with Henika to set embodied intentions each month!
