In the Circle Holder Facilitator Training, I’ll teach you:

Phase One: week 1-4
We’ll begin with the first half of the SENSFUL method - SENS which includes frameworks for creating Safety, Evoking your magic, Noticing the energy of the group and Sublimating or alchemising it into realisation.

Phase Two: week 5-6
Now it’s time to put what you’ve learnt so far into practice, in week 5 you will plan your first half of your circle and in week 6 you will have an opportunity to practice it through with a small circle container from the training

Phase Three: week 7-10
Here you’ll learn the second half of the SENSFUL method, where you’ll learn to hold space for the Freedom to express, Understanding what has emerged from the Circle space and creating Love, connection. You will also learn the logistics and practical side of hosting online and in person such as what equipment/programmes to use, how to create the booking page, welcome emails + systems (which has taken me years to develop!!)
